FAQ

Partner questions

What is the difference between the three partner types?

Implementation Partners help organizations get compliant. Certification Bodies & Auditors independently assess them. Affiliate Partners introduce organizations that need compliance support, without delivering the work themselves.

Can an implementation partner also certify the same organization?

No. Implementation and independent certification or audit are separate activities, delivered by separate providers. AuditLens keeps the two roles apart.

Do Affiliate Partners need compliance expertise?

No. Affiliates recognize when a client needs compliance support and introduce them to AuditLens. The assessment, platform, experts and independent auditors take it from there.

Do partners earn commission?

Yes. Implementation partners and certification bodies who introduce a client earn 10–30% of what that client pays for its AuditLens subscription, every month while the client stays subscribed. AuditLens pays it on top of the fees you bill your client, never as a cut of them. Your rate depends on your partner level, which is set by the active paid users across your clients.

What does AuditLens charge on marketplace projects?

A published percentage of the project amount, deducted from your payout: 2.5% on implementation projects and 7% on audit projects. The client pays their own fee on top (2.5% on implementation projects and 3% on audit projects). Commission on clients you bring is separate and paid to you by AuditLens.

How are partners verified?

You create and complete your profile, then submit it for verification. AuditLens verifies every profile before it goes public — credentials are checked where possible, and certification bodies’ legal entity and accreditation claims are verified. Once verified, your profile is visible to organizations and you can apply to projects.
